We are a brick and mortar business in downtown Hot Springs with over 70 different italian ice combinations including regular, cream, and sugar free. All of our ices are gluten, dairy, and nut free (minus pistachio) with select ones also being artificial dye free. Our food truck has 26 of these options with 3-4 seasonal flavors added each event.

We also have a pasta bar with 8 different pasta options, 8 sauces, 8 cheeses, 10 meats, and 30 toppings/drizzle options to make your very own customized pasta bowls with a variety of side dishes and desserts. Our mobile unit has a reduced options menu with a regular and gluten free pasta option, 3 sauces, 3 cheeses, 6 meats, and 15 toppings.

Homemade Jumbo (4.5") Chocolate Covered Chocolate Chip Cookies finish off the meal with a selection of bagged chips and canned beverages.
